If additional pipe length is required, any extension beyond 10 meters may reduce cooling efficiency. If the customer approves the extension, extra Freon will be charged at a minimum of 50 SAR.
If installation height exceeds 3 meters, scaffolding is required at 75 SAR per level (each level is 160 cm high), or it must be provided by the customer. If provided for more than 3 levels, disassembly and reassembly fees apply.
If a crane is required, it must be coordinated and agreed with the customer. A minimum of 250 SAR per hour will be charged depending on the site and building height.
If the installation height exceeds 2.5 meters for 36-unit ACs (varies by manufacturer) or cabinet ACs, scaffolding or a crane is required.
If the customer’s existing pipe size differs from the required size, a charge of 50 SAR per AC will apply for adjustment. (This may cause noise in the indoor unit; the company is not responsible for this.) The customer is not charged for pipe size differences if pipes are included with the AC.
For installations involving gypsum board, tent houses, or glass doors, the customer is responsible for any extra cost for special mounting or piping.
If the customer provides their own pipes, an installation fee of 15 SAR per meter applies.
If there are concrete walls, the company is not responsible for creating wall openings. The customer must handle this.
In cases of installations in shafts, closed, or narrow spaces, the customer is responsible for performance and cooling outcome.
It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about included pipes before purchase.
The installation department is not responsible for cooling performance if the room size is incompatible with the AC capacity.
The installation team is not responsible for electrical wiring, drainage work, or decor work.
The company is not responsible for installation on old pipes or pressure testing unless agreed upon, with a specific cost.
The installation department is not responsible for maintenance if the AC is relocated by the customer.
Installation warranty is valid for 12 months from purchase date, and includes installation issues (e.g. Freon leakage) for up to 6 months. It does not cover manufacturing defects, AC washing, or filter cleaning.
The warranty does not cover water dripping due to clogged drains caused by device dirtiness or internal drainage setup issues. The company is not liable for such cases.
After installation, the AC is under the warranty of the authorized dealer, who is responsible for all repairs during the warranty period. Installation defects remain the company’s responsibility.
The company does not install old AC units unless coordinated with a supervisor. The company is not responsible for any agreement between the customer and technician for installing external or old AC units.
The original invoice must be presented before installation.
The company reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges according to its policies after installation.
The customer must prepare the installation site by removing obstructions and ensuring electricity and drainage are available. If electricity is not available, a waiver must be signed to avoid liability.
The customer must pay for all additional supplies before installation and receive an official receipt or invoice.
In case of any AC malfunction, the customer must contact customer service to schedule maintenance. Customers should not contact the technician directly for maintenance appointments.
Installation is not done if plastic pipes are embedded in the wall and it’s not possible to pull new pipes through them.
All above details and prices have been reviewed. This serves as authorization from the company (Installation & Maintenance Department) to carry out the installation on the proposed date and time as informed to us, excluding official weekends and holidays, or if the customer is absent or delayed by more than 30 minutes. The company reserves the right to reschedule based on operational needs and department availability.
